For a more as-intended experience, CreeperHeal has now replaced the prevention of world damage by creepers. This plugin allows the creeper to function as intended, with audible explosions and damage to anything nearby.

Before: Creepers would disappear instead of exploding, and damage would be taken by players and animals but not blocks.

Now: Creepers explode with a bang, with damage to players, animals and objects. Destroyed world blocks are replaced after a short amount of time.
